Gracie Abrams preformed for the first time since her debut album, Good Riddance was released at Amoeba Record Shop in Los Angeles, CA. 

This album includes her hit singles such as “Where Do We Go Now”, “Difficult”, and “Amelie.” 

This album radiates a melancholy ambiance that you can feel throughout listening. In some songs such as “I Should Hate You”, you can even hear the pain in her voice as she sings. The songwriting feels so personal to her and it makes to be an interesting story to listen to. Opening the album with “Best” left room for the songs following to grow upbeat. She ends the album on the lyrics, “I feel more like myself right now," which compared to the first song shows her growth throughout the album. 

Abrams promoted the release of this album via a photo booth at The Grove in Los Angeles where Abrams made an appearance. She also debuted “I Know It Won’t Work” live on Jimmy Kimmel. 

The show at Amoeba Records was a limited capacity event. The only way to gain entrance to this show was to run over to the record shop on February 24th and purchase a copy of her CD. The wind and rain were grueling on that day but Abrams fans did not hesitate to wake up early and get in line to secure their spot. 

Abrams preformed an acoustic set ranging 5 songs: “Where do we go now”, “Amelie”, “I should hate you”, “21”, and “Rockland.” 

This was the first time she had played the new song “I should hate you” in front of an audience. The audience sang along and screamed to the bridge. She sounded amazing, sitting on a stool and playing guitar whilst singing.
