Nickelback Take Over Blossom Music Center on the Get Rollin' Tour

Nickelback surely made us feel like real rockstars in Cuyahoga Falls on August 9, 2023; taking the stage by storm with special guests Brantley Gilbert and Josh Ross.

Josh Ross brought some sweet country relaxing vibes to the rock show and surely, he didn’t disappoint! Ross had a seven song setlist containing a crowd favorite cover song “Iris” by The Goo Goo Dolls.

Country-Rock artist Brantley Gilbert also joined on the Get Rollin’ tour, and he surely read us our rights with an outstanding performance. Adding in pyrotechnics, fan interactions, and some down-home country, Gilbert played some of his hits “You Don’t Know Her Like I Do,” “Read Me My Rights,” “Kick It in the Sticks,” and lastly, “Country Must Be Country Wide.” Truly, Gilbert came and played having an outstanding performance. The Get Rollin’ tour featuring these two country names added some spice to the line-up, by the end of the show transforming concertgoers into fans of both artists.

At this point, the real rockstars of Nickelback hit the stage, making thousands of fans roar as they opened with their song “San Quinten,” followed by one of their smash hits, “Savin’ Me.” Surely, that wasn’t the only smash hit Nickelback gave us for the evening as they performed fan favorites such as “Animals,” “How You Remind Me,” “Photograph,'“ (or as lead vocalist Chad Kroeger introduced it after the iconic vine “Look at This Graph”), and “Someday.”

The highlight of Nickelback’s set was certainly when they brought a fan up on stage to sing “Rockstar” with them. The fan selected for this night did not disappoint, as she owned the stage like the band wasn’t even there. We couldn’t keep our eyes off of her!

All in All, Nickelback doesn’t get the recognition that they deserve. Their stage presence is absolutely phenomenal, and their interaction with fans is a 10 out of 10 in our books. If you haven't seen them live before, we could not recommend it more-especially if it’s your birthday, Kroeger does a great Elvis impression!
