Last night I had the incrediable oppertunity to witness Young the Giant’s second sold-out show at the Rooftop at Pier 17 in New York City. After a four-year hiatus from touring, the band had a triumphant return. From the very moment they stepped on stage, it was clear that they were determined to make this night a memorable one. The energy and passion they released into the crowd was unmatched, creating an electric atmosphere that kept fans on their feet the entire night.

This tour is in support of their new album American Bollywood. During the show, they played a heartfelt acoustic redeition of their song “Same Folk.” The band didnt neglect their long time fans though, and treated them to a mix of beloved hits and deep cuts. It was evident that the band poured their heart and soul into every song. Young the Giant once again proved why they are such a special band, delivering an unforgettable night of music and memories.
